Holding the pick flat against the strings when you pick will remove that annoying scratchy noise when you're shredding lead solo's on your electric :-)
Just out of curiosity, did you mic your lead guitars or re-amp them?

I ran the guitar's direct and used Amp designer in Logic Pro 9.
