i have 2 pair of these shoes and i love them!! yes the cost is costly but the one pair i use most of the time is still going strong and its going on 2 yrs now, yes i would buy these again when my old ones wear out
Good deal! I'm glad they found their way onto feet that appreciate them. People do need to be aware, though, that Z-CoiL shoes can actually be adjusted to address a variety of pain or gait issues you may have. Most distributors are trained to make these adjustments, but if you didn't buy the shoes in their store, they may charge you an extra fitting fee.
It's true, a lot of people are held back by the look. So for those people, our parent company has just introduced a brand new product line called Bio-Trek footwear. They feature the same built-in orthotic and amazing cushioning, much like the Z-CoiL, but without the spring. Check them out at biotrekfootwear.comt! You can buy them in some stores around the country, or call the company to order them directly. They're also available on Shoebuy.com.
i'll tell ya they look like super comfortable shoes, the only thing holding me back from buying a pair is the weird look,i hate drawing attention to myself and they have a very distracting look,i wish they would design a pair where the spring is kind of hidden, they look super comfortable, but if everyone is gonna gawk at my feet like i bought them to be an attention whore then that wont work, shame cause i got heel pain, could really use them its that darn weird look holding me back..
Z-CoiL's corporate office does offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial for footwear purchased through its online store. And while our distributors may choose to offer their customers the same return policy, they are independent owners/operators. There is little Z-CoiL can do regarding the way they run their businesses.
Be careful. I bought a pair based on their supposed 30 day guarantee. Tried to return them to the local dealer on the 9th day and dealer refused to honor warranty. Spoke to corporate, and they say they are not bound by their warranty.
I've had my Z-Coil Freedoms for four years now, and they are still in great shape. I am a *big* man and these shoes totally relieved my knee and lower back pain.
I was just thinking about designing something like this, but I've just found you guys!! I was thinking about Fashionable Springed High heels!! for ladies!! all of my friends complain about high heels!! the trick is to design it for smart dress!
I have been chasing these shoes for some time now, and it seems impossible for me to get my hands on a pair of these since i live in Sweden. I'm wondering if there any way to get these shoes over the internet or if there exists a local store close to the capital city of Sweden (Stockholm) where i live. Thanks
I am a teacher, so I'm on my feet all day. Everyday I came home my feet hurt, my lower back hurt, etc. Purchased a pair several months ago, and I adore them! You feel like you are walking on air--a little weird at first, --but you wonder how you ever did without them. Very expensive, (and rather ugly) but worth the investment--especially if it helps eliminate pain. Plus, the students think they look "awesome!"
I don't know about the non-slip tread, but I was a waitress for almost 20 years and have had my z-coils for almost 5 years. Never had a problem in the kitchen with them. I ADORE these shoes
@warob2000 Glad to hear you adore your Z-CoiL's! We now have slip resistant soles which are high above industry standard! Check them out on our website :)
I agree. They eliminate fatigue as well as foot pain. I wish I had found these years ago. A great investment. They come in many great styles and colors, including sandals and boots.

Does anyone know if they make ones with a non slip tread? This would be heaven sent for those who work in the food industry.
