While the rest of the allies were holding the Nazi's at bay, the result would have been the same just would have taken longer. and don't you get started on the U.S sending supplies, most of the supplies sent were from canada, the U.S adds a few supply ships to each convoy and they act like it was all them.

Churchill pleaded with the Americans to get involved before then but was rebuffed because few in the US wanted to get involved in a war that didn't directly affect them.
