Once again, another helpful video. I am a T1 complete and couldn't figure out how to get a good tricep workout on a cable machine...minus the core stability I had before. Thanks!
The goal is to do at least something everyday, but unfortunately, that doesn't always happen. Working out with good intensity 3 times a week is optimal.
