.... since the series only ran 17 episodes this was attached to the end of the 17th episode (the last episode of the series) so they could rerun it and dovetail back into the first episode without interruption...when the series went into syndication these "continued next week" segments were cut...and unfortunately they aren't on the dvd series either.......
son of a gun! I had no idea this thing existed! Iremember the "continued next week"s from my childhood, but don't remember seeing one for this first episode. Thank you, muttley16!!!!!
@AarHan3 no scooby doo had no next week previews......perils of penelope pitstop was set up to spoof saturday matinee serials...that's why there was a continued next week bumper.....those were edited out when the show went into syndication.....also now the show has the wrong theme song that was used for the first episode attached to it when it's run on cartoon network and dvd......it's wrong for them to put out the dvd and say it's the complete series when it's not.
I don't expect Jungle Jeopardy to be a preview ep, considering that it was the initial cartoon ep.

@muttley16 Yeah, I know because I have the DVD set. Was expecting those previews on the DVD version, but they're not there which is a disappointment.

@muttley16 It's also wrong for them not to include the original SDWAY! theme on DVD either... :^(
