@BlackCherryBomb123 If you happened to live in the tampa bay area, I could help you with this. It takes about a month to get used to it and a couple more to master it. But, if I can't physically help you, then my advice is to start the feet and ankle motions to your songs sitting down for a day or two and stretch a lot. Especially your lower body. Hope that helped.
