lol after i killed the guys the boat go glitched into a wall..:( and mori wouldn't get out of the boat and kept saying " hope you can swim pussy!" i tried using remote charges and rpgs to get it out..wouldn't work..the boat is indestructible. only way for me to end mission was to end myself..:(

- EASY WAY TO QUICK DRAW THE RPG - The guy with the RPG will pop out after you kill the 3 closest enemies.

To kill the asshole easily, throw 3 sticky bombs near the 3 guys. Get your sniper rifle and scope in to where the RPG guy pops out, (He will always be on the third story, 2 rows across).

Detonate the bombs and shoot the guy when he pops up.

It must be a headshot, if you shoot him in the nipples, he wont die.

Ok finally got it on my FIRST try with this method. Well,i really wouldn't call this a "method",but rather how the developers "programed" the RPG wielding cocksucker to act.

After you kill the fourth guy,the RPG guy shows up,NO MATTER how fast or slow you kill the guys.

So the best way to do this is to kill the first 3 guys and then WAIT a sec. Catch your breath. Walk out of wall cover and EXACTLY when you shoot the 4th guy,aim at the RPG guy. He will show up IMMEDIATELY after Mr. #4 dies.

Seriously,they have to tone down the difficulty a bit. Some of the missions are reasonably not too difficult to complete the 100% objectives,but for the most part their are more near-impossible missions,then there are not too difficult ones. It's just too-fucking-much sometimes. It's infuriating......

@Lance241151 In case u didnt know, you don't have to do all the objectives on the same run. You can do them each one at a time. It was frustrating me at first until I found out that I could to it on diff runs.

@xshalludiex Yeah,i found that out too late. If I'd known,i would've done it that way,but i ended up finishing the game the hard way and 100% every mission. Just glad i got it over with. At least i developed my skills from it though. Before playing Balad of Gay Tony i was above average in GTA,but after playing this game and getting all the 100%s,my skills have gone through the roof. I can execute head-shots now the very second my crosshair touches a character. I'm deadly in Deathmatches now. lol

Man that fucking RPG guy is ANNOYING AS HELL!! I can't fucking Quickdraw him,no matter how fast i try and I'm fucking FAST. I pop like 4 of the fuckers in the head with amazing speed and then before i can even get a shot off,that mother fucker with the RPG fires his fucking missle. I ALWAYS manage to kill him as the RPG is in mid-flight,before it even hits the floor. That's how quick i respond and STILL it isn't quick enough. It's fucking ridiculous.

Just a quick note. No need to get far, far away from the boats when detonating the bombs. Also no need to STICK to the boat to throw the bomb. Just throw it and detonate it fast and that's how you blow them up quick. No need to wait unless you're REALLY, REALLY close to their boat but if you guys do what I say no need.

all i did was kill 2 people, before killing the 3rd i threw one of those sticky bombs at him, aimed with my sniper at the spot where the guy with the RPG's gonna pop out. trigger the bomb and instantly kill the RPG

I just completed the quickdraw the rpg. Here's how I did it. Throw 3 sticky bombs in the direction of the first three enemies. Climb on the box on the right hand side of those breeze blocks Luis is hiding behind @ 1.47. Aim your gun where the rpg enemy spawns then detonate the stickies then just start shooting. As long as the enemy doesn't shoot the rpg at your direction. I shot him dead but he managed to shoot the rocket upwards.

The pistol is the most reliable headshot weapon. Other weapons aren't as accurate, risk firing more than 1 round (which decreases accuracy), or are cumbersome to use in firefights like these (sniper/shotgun).

@TheChostoman All you have to do is kill the enemy with the RPG before he shoots. Use the auto-aim, kill everybody in front of you except the third enemy on the left. Once the aim lock only on this enemy, get out from the cover, kill the enemy and then rapidly lock the aim and shoot. If you do everything right, you'll "quickdraw the RPG" - you can also use sticky bombs, just stick them near the third enemy, aim you weapon were the enemy with the RPG appear then let the bomb explode and shoot.

@GTASeriesVideos haha, had to use the sticky bomb, 'cause I really could get the aiming right in time (I don't use auto-aim ;) ) so after a million tries of shooting him with the LMG, I thought "hey, what about using the sniper, zoom into his position, and just wait for Mori to kill the last guy" but he pretty failed at that task, soo, sticky bomb it was :D

@nikoinlc btw, I don't why so many have problems keeping the boat damage low. It's easy peasy, just hold down the gas, so that you'll get to the first boat fast. Keep the button down, but make sure you stick with the targets and don't go to fast. Then as soon as you get up to the first boat, make sure you're close to it, and that it doesn't sail away from you, because then the bomb will just land in the water.

@nikoinlc Throw a bomb at the boat, and if you're sure you hit it throw another, or untill you're sure you hit it, then steer away from the target so that you wont be right next to it when it blows up (I think this is where you get all you're damage) As soon as the target is succesfuilly neutralised continue to the next one, and keep on doing the same until they're all gone. That should help you :)
