Tied Together With a Smile is about a friend who was self-conscious about body image. It's an ENCOURAGING song for girls. I get where you're going with how she mainly sings about boys, but isn't that what music is all about? The last time I heard a song that didn't have to do with being in love, or feeling bad because someone hurt you was in second grade. And it was the ABC song. Taylor's songs may not be super deep, but when people listen to music, they usually want to relax or dance, and that's exactly what Taylor Swift's music does. She's an excellent role model and seems to be a truly genuine person.
