I don't understand squat nazism at all. There's no one way that every human being should do a squat, different people have different bone lengths. There's a reason olympic lifters squat differently than powerlifters, they are trying to achieve a certain result.
Squats are a means to an end, there's no perfect, immaculate way to do them. So everyone just chill out.
If you cant go lower.......lighten the weights. Lighten them, go lower and work up. You'll be MUCH better off than using weights that are to heavy for you.
Unless your a certified trainer shut the fuck up, all you people who criticize people's form are fucking stupid. And quit making it sound like you know what you're talking about.
No........you are!! Look at the training of weighlifters or a lot of other professional athlets - they all do them lower than parallel. It is only bad for you when you have the wrong technique...
If you don't break parallel your quads and hamstrings essentially pull your knees in both directions, causing incredible strain to your joints. Learn2Lift pal.
Dude those squats are fine look at mr olympia ronnie coleman he never squats right down full yet he won the mr olympia contest 8 times every body has there way of squatting i am 6 foot 290lbs and i have 32-33inch thighs and i never really squat right down so to each his own...

If you cannot assume the bottom position of the squat, you either haven't practiced enough or there is something physically wrong with you.
