  • I don't understand squat nazism at all. There's no one way that every human being should do a squat, different people have different bone lengths. There's a reason olympic lifters squat differently than powerlifters, they are trying to achieve a certain result.

    Squats are a means to an end, there's no perfect, immaculate way to do them. So everyone just chill out.

  • Dude those squats are fine look at mr olympia ronnie coleman he never squats right down full yet he won the mr olympia contest 8 times every body has there way of squatting i am 6 foot 290lbs and i have 32-33inch thighs and i never really squat right down so to each his own...
