I used to hate the Flyers with a burning passion, but I've grown to like them. The Penguins are my heart and soul and I did participate in the "GO HOME FLYERS" chant at a game once. But the more I watched them this year, they have a good team and congratulations on making it as far as you did! I was really hoping they would've beat Chicago. But the Pens are still my #1 team! I used to hate the Flyers with a burning passion, but I've grown to like them. The Penguins are my heart and soul and I did participate in the "GO HOME FLYERS" chant at a game once. But the more I watched them this year, they have a good team and congratulations on making it as far as you did! I was really hoping they would've beat Chicago. But the Pens are still my #1 team! I just hate the Flyers when they play against us haha otherwise, they're pretty awesome :)

You know it's funny. I look at these "fans" talking (especially the two girls at the beginning) and I can see it. I can see that those people were never fans of the penguins before the Crosby era. For god's sake, the franchise almost moved to Kansas City because of the lack of fan support. it's pathetic, just like all Pittsburgh fans in general.

They hate them because Philly has real fans.
Case in point.......the rivalry was "renewed." Why was it renewed? The reason why is because when the Pens began to pitifully suck, the fans stop coming to the games. That doesn't happen in Philly, the Flyers were the worst team in the league a few years ago, yet they averaged 19,000+ fans and ranked 4th.
The Pens player are good, no argument, but the Pens fans are garbage bandwagon fans and so they get no respect.
