Government is not the solution; it's the problem. I agree with dlsofsetx that we need to get back to the basics of the Constitution. Instead of introducing more legislation to "fix" the problems, our government needs to start repealing laws and looking at re-enacting things like Glass-Steagall. Those alone won't resolve all the issues, so don't think I'm suggesting that. We haven't had a free market since 1913 when the Federal Reserve (the United States 3rd central bank) came into existence.
WHAT'S IRONIC: Most who not only love but see the campaign against the incumbents as a MUST are business owners, large and small. Government is not the solution; it's the problem. I agree with dlsofsetx that we need to get back to the basics of the Constitution. Instead of introducing more legislation to "fix" the problems, our government needs to start repealing laws and looking at re-enacting things like Glass-Steagall. Those alone won't resolve all the issues, so don't think I'm suggesting that. We haven't had a free market since 1913 when the Federal Reserve (the United States 3rd central bank) came into existence.

I don't think of right wing as smaller government and less taxes because our "right wing" administration under Bush increased the size of gov't and gov't spending. His so-called tax cuts weren't really a cut. Capital gains tax revenues doubled following the 2003 tax cut and tax revenues stayed above the historical average, even after the tax cuts. Those are just 2 examples. This is not Libertarian.

@pinkcontact7706 he could have done the same a Reagan in 1980's and created 20 million jobs but instead he has forced businesses to close or lay off and put 10 million people on to unemployment
