  • I have a 97 v6 mustang stock pipes but just cut out from before the muffler and back it sounds way better it has a crackle and cost me $0

  • @Lovemy97stang coolstorybro. tellitagain.

  • and is it straight piped or is there mufflers?

  • @anythingrymes ...Mufflers. Lol

  • how much did this whole exhaust setup cost?

  • @anythingrymes All i got was the mufflers, and i had them welded in. It was like 250.

  • hey thanks for sending me the info for the flomaster 40 series, but would you say the 40 series sounds better then the 44s?

  • @branman2012 so the 44s have a throatyer growl to them?

  • I have the same dinger in my Ranger.

  • @auaiao9 umm.....the door dinger?

  • @branman2012 yep, key in the ignition door dinger

  • @auaiao9 lol.

  • yes very nice ur is the only vid i coul find of flow 44s and n h pipe all otherfs r x but h gives a bttr rumble.....btw u still have cats on???

  • @minicobra01 yep, still got cats.

  • @minicobra01 The h-pipe is so much worse sounding than the x-pipe. way less rumble. and if the cats are still on then it might as well be stock lol

  • @reverseoreo08 I asked the guy at the place which would sound better for a v6 and he said probably the h pipe, it was already on it, so i kept it because i only had $200 to mess with. And no, its different from stock even if the cats are still on, i didnt want it sounding all loud like an import, because its a v6.

  • @branman2012 It kinda defeats the idea of putting an aftermarket exhaust on it if it still has the cats cuz thats the point of a aftermarket H-Pipe and X-Pipe. is to delete the cats. But i understand. good thing you didnt go full blown with it like it WAS a v8! your car has 6 cats dosnt it? mine had 4 which were all located on the H-Pipe so i dropped it and slapped on an X-pipe and deleted all of them. Im not sure if yours has cats somewhere other than the h-pipe..

  • @reverseoreo08 no, not really, it gives it a better and deeper sound, and you wont get the v8 sound even if you take cats off. not sure how many it had but, it still sounded good.

  • @branman2012 well no, it wont sound anything like a V8 unless you build it. My freind has an 02 V6 he put alot of exhaust work into. he put on the GT bumber and true duals it sounded JUST like a v8. Well, to an average not so fanatic car person. Im pretty sure your car had 6 cats. Ive done some work under them b4.

  • @branman2012 No, not even if you build it. does the guy have a youtube page?
