I go back to this video whenever I want to bring my mood up :D he has such funny facial expressions :D and is as cute as a puppy, all the musicians seem in a good mood and truly enjoying their playing, and the music itself is wonderful and uplifting; i cannot keep a grin of enjoyment off my face the whole time ^^

What a primitive cheap interpretation!Great Vivaldi deserves more respect than just this touching promoted teddy bear playing superficially on his vocal cords without any emotions, just making touching faces, big "innocent" eyes, jumping and "singing" with his soft feminine fingers as he can't really sing with his VOICE and entertains GRANNIES with his FLAT,EMPTY voice!PJ's is just a FALSETTIST singing baroque in POP STYLE! @kenavo2103 Yeah, I know, I just find it sad that we'll never know what Farinelli sounded like unless we perfect time travel... and the one and only recording of a castrato that we have is from well after he was in his prime (Alessandro Moresshi, of course). So we'll never know. I'm just wondering if his voice quality would rival Farinelli. I think it would, whether it was taught or not.

Exceptional performance, but it seems to me that a lot of the jumping (such as Jaroussky's hop), smiling, and other assorted sillinesses are made just for the video.

Regardless, however, I have to say this is the best I've heard this aria — Jaroussky's renditions are always phenomenal.
