how do u open the doors to the gym

you have to go under water wth the move dive around route 29 to 30 and then beat team rocket then u go to the cave of origan you will catch kyogre in there then the gym will be open kyogre knows the move calm mind ice beam hydropump and tackle or something

@OceanMermaidPrincess nope its cause he mainly only used his starter throughout the whole game lol. it was easy for him to level up cause he didnt have to train any other pokemon
