Ive made balloons since I was 7 but always used a pump, a girl at school was trying to blow up a 260 by mouth and I was able to do it by mouth, perfectly, to impress her haha. But i can't do it again :(

I'm suprised by the amount of people who can'tinflate a 260 by mouth. this is a very good sales point when working the street. when people balk @ your price remind them of how hard your art really is. they can't even do step one.

if you insist on mouth inflating then wear some time of eye protection you can & will eventually have a piece of latex slap your eyeball , this can cause considerable damage . as funny as this sounds really I've gotten a couple of bloody eye balls from this. I would imgaine that detaching a retina could also be possible.

@BalloonCreations09 just blow it up fully with a pump a few times to losen the balloon up. Then master the technique and then you got it. Now if you really want to see something cool check out "Balloon Fail" In there I attempt to blow up 4 balloons at once. Do I succeed? You will have to see the video to find out.

Try blowing up the balloon a few times with a pump to losen it up, then as you get better you can do it without the pump.

Well we still do, it takes time to work your lungs up, that is why I showed you to pre-inflate the balloon until you can do it on your own. Even me it still takes a lot out of you. Pump inflation is far better especially if you have a lot of balloons to inflate.

Blowing up balloons by mouth is very hard, even for me. That is why I always use a pump. The one that I use costs $3.00. Are you not able to get one?

You got to build up your lungs. Keep pre-inflating it with a pump to make it easier and it will come. However it is always better to use a pump, more sanitary I think.

You need to practice with a pre-inflated balloon first then build your lungs up to doing it with a mouth. So take a pump and inflate the balloon then let the air out and try doing it with your mouth.

Yes you need a tight pucker.  This is why it is good to practice with pre-inflated balloons. Blow it up all the way with a pump and then let the air out. Then it will be easier with the mouth.
