What's It Like to Work at StumbleUpon?

Stumbleupon is a discovery engine that doesn't work. The morons who program it don't know how to deduct that you don't want to view YouTube videos about UFOs, even when you click thumbs down on every video that is about UFOs or has UFO in the title, which come up about every 10 videos when you're stumbling YT. I'm convinced they don't even know how their algorithms work, and that's why they can't fix them.

I would really like to see SU "learn" my interests and disinterests. I am convinced those buttons do not work. I see too much cooking stuff, and way, way too many cats. I love dogs.
