What the hell is fascination with the "textured walls" and "pop corn ceilings" in the south? It feels like I'm in a time warp back to the 80's or something. Makes the house look allot older than it is, and makes it allot harder to patch and fix drywall if it ever gets damaged. Also makes repainting harder too. *shrug* (confused city boy from up north where people can't get rid of "textured" surfaces fast enough.)

2000sqft trailer. Ridiculous.
Just buy a HOUSE.
Um, the "2nd living area" is called the dining room.
You would have to be out of your mind buying this thing. No matter how much you try to disguise it, it's still a trailer.
Also, you can hear how terribly insulated it is when that truck or whatever it is drives past.
People, just save up for a few years and buy a damn HOUSE.
