hey i got a question i just finish rebuilding my 350 lt1 engine and after the rebuild i was going over some notes and notice that on the connect rods they have a flange and one got to face one way and the other got to face the other. Now I wanted to know well this effect the engine to wear i will need to tear back down to fix it or will i be ok?

@MikesPlaceBiz Eh, not likely. I just found it odd to post a video of part of the process of assembling an engine, but leaving out some very crucial parts.
Instead of moaning how this guy did/did not do things correctly. At least he made a clip have you?

Do you only need to oil the shaft side of the main bearing? or do you have to oil both the crankshaft and engine block side of the bearing?
