my coach has me do something like these, except instead of on a wall, we use the bucket we use for bucket circles. start in a pushup position, walk back into a handstand where the bucket rests on your feet, then walk back down to a pushup position. rinse/repeat.
Thanks for these shoulder video's Sommer. Keep them coming, i need more ways to increase the shoulder, it can't be that if you are tall it has to take forever to be able to do a single handstand pushup :-)
We LOVE the shoulder extension (not to mention many other fine details we've noticed across your boys). How do you get that type of extension so consistently?
Correct shoulder extension is achieved through a carefully planned combination of maximal strength, dynamic strength, passive flexibility and active flexibility.

Hust managed going up and down 5 times each and it was pretty hard near the end... is that weak?
