I know you are afraid. It makes sense to be so afraid. I would feel the same way. I think that this is one of those times where you can't wait for the fear to go away. You just have to have courage and go despite the fear (much easier said than done).
I'm glad you have a supportive therapist who really "gets it".

I haven't been following your videos very long but I just wanted to let you know how much feel for you and how brave I think you are. You are so brave and I know you can do this. Yes, it's hard. But you're stronger than you think you are.
