I had swine flu last week, personally I think it's a lot less worse than the seasonal flu. I was sick for five days and I still went to school four of those days and functioned somewhat normally. Unless you have some horrible preexisting condition or if you have a poor immune system then seriously, DON'T WORRY. It's absolutely horrible but none worse than any other illness. This is very good advice, but I've seen a lot of people panic about catching the swine flu. I've already had it, and unless you have other medical issues, there's no need to worry. :) It's not fun, but it's really not as bad as people have made it out to be. I agree, we need to be careful to stop it getting worse, but getting too worked up about it can only make it harder on people. ^^ And if you do have other medical issues, just call your doctor right away if you start having flu symptoms.

Almost all vaccines have mercury (which is considered poison for humans and extremely dangerous for babies) and considered to cause extreme side effects that could actually be worse than the flu itself. Some reports have been cancer, kidney problems, and could cause Gullian Barre syndrome which has been linked from the swine flu in the 70's as well. There are more, but too lazy to type haha. If you take tablet form its just basically half of what you need, not the recommended amount that you need. I think you should check online to see what the required amount for Vit. D is so you can be safe that what your putting in your system is the "healthy" amount.

Vitamin D has no antiviral affect in preventing any flu. The 1976 swine flu didn't even get out out of Fort Dix New Jersey. Also, the immunizations we have now are completely dead viruses, unlike the ones that use to be given. BTW, more people we trampled to death by cattle in 1976 than those who died of complications to GBS after the vaccine. Which, btw, GBS was the primary factor in the deaths, and the re-occurrence of any GBS associated with flu vaccine since has been zero.

The reason everyone is so worried is because of this. Swine flu is easily passed on from person to person, but it's unlikely that people will die from it. Bird flu on the other hand, isnt easily passed on to other people BUT there is a higher risk of you dying if you contract it. If these two strains of flu were to come into contact with each other they would very well merge and create a new strain of Flu...that is easily passed on and kills everyone.
