BuyTV, Episode 108 Kodak Easyshare Z1285 Digital Camera

Bought this camera expecting good things ... it takes pretty good pics but the way it eats batteries is almost CRIMINAL. Disappointed, I stopped using it soon after it was purchased and bought a 35mm Digital SLR.

i got this camera. focus needs a alittle attention for shooting pics. but when stable look out. damnn its good. 720p HD recording is really-i mean REALLY good. and the 5x zoom is not bad but a little above average for something so small and fairly priced. zooming well adjust the focus but will lag a bit for it to do so. i got mine for 240, us dollars. it comes for a panaramic picture option. its really nice for that too. i'm not into camera's but this is good for amateurs or beginners.

I have this camera. Had it for a few years also. I've taken great photos with it. The only vice is if your a photographer this camera is great but since it doesn't "look" professional you probably wouldn't use it. But if your just someone who loves capturing great memories then this camera is the one for you. And btw @sonofscars where brought ur memory card from because a 2gb is about 15 bucks. Plus this camera comes with memory and a memory card . .

this camera is the best camera i have had so far and would highly recomend to a beginer i have had this camera for a year and a half and it still works perfect i really like the 12 mp

I picked a refurbished one off ebay for £90 I got a cleaning kit, tripod manual came in box and everything and a 4gb memory card which is helpful because the hd filminf takes a lot of memory up, came with a kodak battery which lasts a long time when filming and it was an ebay shop not just a seller and I'm happy with what I want it for which is taking photography not seriously like but it's good and I film videos

thsi camera is pretty tight it just really needs a tripod if ur filming. 12 MP cant go wrong

and 29 minutes of hd with zoom.

not bad. memory chips 4 expensive though for a tiny peice of plastic.

i got this camera but for some reason when i take a picture it just comes up sideways on my screen. and the zom sucks.... its not all that 'crisp" no matter what mode im on. the stabilizer sucks too. piece of shit cost me 200 bucks. video in hd is only good when you have good lighting. wouldnt buy it again.

With all the Mega-pixels, ANY movement will cause blurring. Get a tripod.

thanks, i fixed the ratation thing. but it seems like the flash is too strong to take close. i tried the canon power shot 7.2 megapexal, and it work great up close and distance with the flash. over all its a ok camera.
