The brush pen I use are all Kuretake, but other brands are quite similar. For the way I load them... just trial and mistake. I have used colored fountain pen ink, liquid watercolor, a mix of both, with and without water. My only advice is: better not to load it to the top so you can change idea and you don't get tired of the color.

Can you give more details? Brand of pens, brand of watercolor, proportions of water to color etc..

Thank you Lottie Sue! In this case it was a Canson sketch paper and 2 brush pens loaded with liquid watercolor.
