Y'all mean Free strong safety to back up Leonard right. I think that is a perfect fit. He looks like he doesn't shy away from contact. Put him close to the line of scrimmage. If you need him to cover a tight end, I think he is more than capable. Go jets, great pick up. Definitely gonna be featured on hard knocks.

@umfan, you call yourself a Michigan fan yet you say Warren regressed his junior year? are you kidding me that was by far his best season and no teams wanted to throw it to the guy he was covering. if he had not ran a slow 40 he would be no doubt a late first or second round pick. if he had stayed in college he might of been the first DB taken next year.

@Artie618 they actually loved to throw at him because he played 5-10 yards off his man every play!! He is the reason Blair White was getting 10+ yards on SCREENS! I loved the guy when he was at um, however, im looking at him like an nfl team would, and he played poorly in man coverage, is very slow, and hes not a lock down corner. Sorry if that makes me less of an um fan for calling him what he actually is, but I'm not going to sugar coat it just because he played at um.

He probably won't go higher than the fourth or fifth round. He might not even start, just be a solid special teams contributor for someone. He really regressed his junior year, and it's sad to see that he followed some bad advice and left early. Anyway, good luck to you in the future Donovan.

you continue to prove my point. you need to go look at some scouting reports ecause yours is poor. Warren was projected as a first or second round pick before his 40 time and he does good in press man coverage but UM didnt run it too often.

To me at least he's similar to Parrish Cox. I dont think he is bad against top speed but he will have trouble with it. Best thing i seen out of Donovan is he is a sure tackler.

Agreed. I am also a fan of the Big Blue, but I don't see much in Donovan. He looks fairly slow for a CB.

this is the guy we need to draft. Either him or Brandon Graham (you already know im a bit bias lol) but Donovan opposite Revis and we would be set. Ive seen this kid play for a few years now and there is no doubt in my mind he will be a good pro.

It is a pretty weak corner class and that has been true since the year after the corner draft of century in 2008. Donovan Warren is a legitimate play maker at corner. I don't see him as an early career probowler but he plays with alot of intellect and he should be a solid NFL corner.

I was under the impression it was a pretty deep and strong corner class. There aren't any elite talents other than Haden but there are quite a few good seniors and underclassmen.
