however I support the gun rights it because I think in the right hands they stop crimes and save life's, I think that criminals will always have guns any way because thats what they do- break the law.

the FBI estimates in the U.S 1000 murders and 500 rapes are stopped by gun owners, usually with out a shot fired by them, hence in Washington D.C homicide sky rocketed after a gun ban, and went down after it was repealed.

Ok people who shoot others in crimes say 99.99% (estimated) acquire those guns illegally, which in fact is out of control of governent to limit gun rights for this reason although those laws that would be put in place would only affect people who go out and legally buy a guns and dont kill people. This is incredibly insane as it limits law abiding citizens and not criminals and people who plan on murdering with guns.

I agree with the bulk of your comments. The reason for the two parties is balance- keeping one group from reining over the rest. Apply this to the right to conceal. Criminals carry anyway, so the law abiding citizens are at a disadvantage and being reined over. In the park you mention, if everyone good and bad were carrying- you would be surprised how the crooks will tame out. The crime rate in my state has dropped since we now have the legal right to conceal; I bet it would happen everywhere.
