I enjoyed Johnny Depp as the mad hatter but I believe that no one can beat Martin Short's performance as the mad hatter. He made him mad but still having a sense of being sane. As well as the march hare, they were both crazy but in the way that it portrays in the book. I feel as though Tim Burton made them too crazy to the point where it wasnt the real caracters anymore.

I don't agree at all! I think you must think of the fact that the new movie is like part 2 its not the same story at all. Alice is much older now. This movie is the past of the movie now, and i really love Jonny Depp's part.
