Yeah, this is either a dub over or for a promotion. Leppard doesn't lypsinc for NO reason. I mean check other 2002 live footage of this song even from 2003 and 2005, you can tell Joe actually sings and the band actually plays. I don't know what this was for , but definately NOT live singing.....

I've heard Def Leppard live enough times to know this is not live. Watch Rick on the drums @ 1:06, the beats don't match the music. Love them though, I saw them in Charlotte NC on Dec. 20 1987 on my 18ty birthday on their Hysteria tour. Best birthday ever!

Yes. This is definitely a studio recording. It was probably the television show's regulations and doing. Lots of TV shows don't let bands play live because it's just easier to do and they are always guaranteed a good sound.

Could be true, but the tell-tale signs is the backing vocals. The backing vocals almost never sound the same when it comes to Def Leppard. I relisted to this clip after posting my original comment, and this has a studio overdub. I'm sure a fan is that one that did the editing, so it is not a shot at the band.

I have listened to this song every day since 2002 when it first came out. It may just be "studio version" music put to an actual concert video, but it's done extremely well....WHOEVER did it. I first thought, oh somebody did the camera work themselves, BUT there are like 5 or more camera angles here, and the camera work is of professional quality, as is the camera, and audio mixing.

I'm curious now as to WHO did all this camera work, mixing, and audio, cuz it's first class! BRAVO!
