Saweet! Very good use of dynamic and static camera angles and lighting. What were your cam settings and what lighting did you use for the night shot at the end? Cool test.
I like it, good editing. So how much full HD footage can u fit on the p2 cards that come with the camera? Ive heard everything from 8,12 to 32 mins per card?
ok soo do u have the hard drive thing for the p2 cards and what editting software did u use i just need alot of info about this camera cus i am considering purchasing it
erhmmm, who are you to judge? The entire process took less than 5 hours, it was a spur of the moment thing... So I ask you again, who are you to judge?
And who says im not? we were 3 guys who made this... We made everything with natural light, and just made sure that we were one step ahead all the time...
I dont know the guy that did this.. but this video is very very easy to make in less than 5 hours. I dont know if hes saying 5 hours straight. maybe he recorded 3 hours one day, stopped and then edit the thing in one hour after his fucking lunch.
The shots, the music, the glow effect, the low speed, and the location are evidence that THIS is one of the easiest video to make. And personally I find it very clever and entertaining. If this guy says that it was done in 3 hours, I would believe him.
did u shoot this film with just the hvx 200. you didnt buy extra lenses. if you didnt defenetly im buying one.this is the film qualaty i was looking for.i also love the slow motion scene. i thought i needed post production to make it.but i guess i dont.
Thank you mate! If you wanna check out some of my other stuff you can look up my myspace myspace. com/flyingfuckproductions - some of it is rather old though...
exact thin i needed to see. i'm looking to shoot a film with the HVX and there is a chase scene in the woods. This gives me a decent idea of what it would look like. Did you do this all handheld?
Yes, but we used the OS which almost eliminates any unintended movement. I must say that the quality is astonishing, keep in mind that this version is compressed - it really just looks amazing in a uncompressed format!
very well done !

I'm not judging, i'm just saying 5 hours... for all those shots and editing, you'd really have to be on top of your game..

bullshit. you're fucking liars.

i have this same camera, it's awesome... but you have day and night shots and to say this was made limited to 5 hours is a fallacy.

i enjoy the slow motion work, i have yet to figure that one out.
sethcamm 4 years ago
The slowmotion parts is the cameras work... The panasonic hvx200 is able to film at 50fps
magnusbard 4 years ago
You should see it at 60. I have the NTSC version. :) You know about the frame rate hack right? the camera will do almost anywhere from 1 to 60 fps.

Did you use a lens adapter, or just the regular lens that comes with the HVX?
neapolitan500 4 years ago
No, we used the camera as it is - without any adapter or other external features.
