  • @swiftkillah313 Are you kidding me?? Do you cook? You never scrape an aluminum pan with anything metal...ever! If it was a stainless steel roasting pan then scrape away. Aluminum is a soft metal so if you scrape it with something metal the aluminum will come up into your food. It's just common sense. I could tell you that Chef Keller would hit Bourdain with that roasting pan if he seen him do that.

  • I don't know, I usually make my burgers with American cheese too, but the other day I had one with habanero pepper jack cheese and it was pretty fucking awesome.

  • The pasta recipe is EXACTLY the Spaghetti Pomodoro you pay $28 for at Scott's restaurant Scarpetta. Hands down this is the best way I've ever prepared pasta. I'm actually a little shocked he showed how to do this.
