  • these workouts with the weights are like the bigger faster stronger concept where you perform compound movements and the 1 rep max very good workouts definite gains every week but taxing on your joints overtime that is why you can only do them in cycles...i enjoyed doing them but tore my rotator cuff and labrum and now im a lil scared to get back into it....thx for the info gatomjp

  • cross fit is like the opposite of bodybuilding workouts.
