Hey 21605c God dd not put you here with CF. You have CF because sin came into the world, not because you sinned but because of satan. Jesus died and was beaten so you could be healed. By his stripes we are healed. Pray and ask God to heal you.stand on his word.Pray and believe. I will pray too.
We live in a day where people are going they're on way, But when I started walking with god, I'm not looking for a place to turn around or turn around. Tho I have seen my share of long deep valleys, He's been there to help me. so I don't regret a mile
hi, Im 16 . I have Cystic Fibrosis which is a terminal lung disease and i have had to many surgeries to mention and i have to take around 80 pills a day for the CF. I have always loved the Goodmans and I just found this song a few months ago and I had tears in my eyes when i heard this. I have been through alot recently with my health and I thought i was alone. But then I found Jesus and i realized he put me here with CF for a reason and "I Dont Regret A Mile Ive Traveled For The Lord".Thank you
@21605c Just know my friend I am praying for you. The best person you have ever found is Jesus for he is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. May God richly bless you.
I heard this song for the first time a week ago and hasn't stop playing it. It encourages me that those that have lived on this earth for many years continued to travel for the Lord, inspite of their circumstances....I don't regret a mile that I've traveled for the Lord
I grew up in a family of good Appalachia people. With that upbringing came also the Goodman's. I lost my momma in May, 2009 and my daddy in 1998 ... oh how I miss them and this song makes me realize that throught is all...with every mile....I have no regrets. Thank you for sharing this sweet testimony from Howard and Vestal.
Vestal & Howard always bring me to tears with their singing...especially this song and I'd do it all over again. It's just so beautiful the relationship they had and the life they shared. It's just so unreal and so awesome. I wish I had the relationship they had. I love them for what they gave to me.
What a testimony for the Wonderful Works of the Lord! Howard and Vestal have reached the pinnacle of a relationship with God and with each other. How many married couples have reached their station in life and can sing "I don't regret a mile?"
What a stirring song. Praise God for folks like this. How good to know there's such rich beauty in such a corrupt world. Thanks for sharing - I needed that>
This is so beautiful of Howard and Vestal Goodman. They had a long journey together and it's sweet to hear their song together with each other...........Gwen Weaver
I traveled with a Gospel group back in the 70's and heard Bro. Howard do this many times, and it always brought tears to the dryest crusty eyes. If he sings this in Heaven, I'd say even the angels shed a tear. Thank you for posting.
"I don't regret a mile I've traveled for the LORD" -- neither do I. He has been faithful to me above and beyond 'the call of duty'. Thank you so much for posting this beautiful song. Blessings ~Carolyn
This is a great testamony of what being faithful to the Lord is all all about, what an example they have set for anyone who may be struggling in their walk whit God my life has been impacted by their ministry to God be the glory
There will never be another family..Like the Happy Goodman Family...I,too was raised listening to their music and had the priviledge of taking my Mom to her last gospel concert, which was the last time Howard and Vestal were in our home town. I have since lost my Mother...and losing Howard and Vestal was sorta like losing part of our family too!...I loved them, and will see them in Heaven!
I love love love howard and vestal goodman was raised up with them in my life and heart, I sure do miss them with all my heart, thanks for sharing this with us on here!

I remember them being on the Mike Douglas Show,in the 1974 or 75. Imagine David Lettermann or Jay Leno having a group like them on nowadays ?
