In my experience, I have friends and my husband has coworkers that smoked weed when they were in their teens into their mid to late twenties. Some are still smoking it into their forties. I don't think the effects are noticed until late thirties or forties. They had no problems through college and out of high school either. One of my friends is an encyclopedia of facts. However, his short term memory is disappearing. He does not have common sense sometimes either. The same goes for the others.
