I went to a pound once and wanted to get this full blooded German Shepard, but he had to be put away, He turned on his master who used to beat him. He chewed through a cage to get to a pitt bull which he killed. This Shepard looked like he was rabid but he wasn't he was just pushed over the edge. The Pitt Bull he killed was a fighting dog from what the attendant at the pound told me. He was brought in because he attacked a man. So I know a Pitt bull is not the best fighting dog
Dobermann's r beasts, I've seen one getting kicked in the jaw by a horse, and it dangled for 20 seconds, shook it's head and rushed into battle again. it wouldn't eat for 3 weeks... the owner was a prick though.
German Shepards are actually placid. I work in a kennels that looks after german shepards as part of a charity and they are all sweet, caring, loving dogs who wouldn't hurt a fly. It's easy to go to google and type in dangerous dogs because a load of bullshit comes up with pictures of stupid people training them to be aggressive. Overall, they are the loveliest dogs. If you want to know what the most aggressive dogs are, look into the stupid owners that cant look after their dogs properly.

But that doesn't change the fact that certain dogs are bred for certain tempermates, and that they can certainly be more aggressive than others. These are all beautiful dogs, my Doberman was from a rescue and he is the softest lap dog I have ever had, but yeah he is a great guard dog. It is the owners of these dogs that give the breeds a bad name.
@Stoneforter there are plenty of dogs that are genetically more prone to violence then others, this is a fact, it's how their brains work and shaped/sized. You can train any dog to be nice, hell some people have lions as pets that are as nice as any dog, but it doesn't stop it from being a bigger liability than other breeds.

I have been privileged to own a German Shepard, a pit bull, a Rottweiler and a staffordshire bull. They have all been loving, loyal and fierce protectors but never viscious or dangerous to any one except someone threatening me with bodily harm. Twice my Shepard/pit mix saved me from break ins. My rottie saved me from a home invasion. My staffy has been trained as well as I trained my others. The owner makes a dog mean or controlled. These are great breeds.

German Shepherd = best breed I've had. Rottweiler mix saved me from badly trained Pit bull, and my puppy I have now is a pit mix, and she's in no way aggressive, just trying to be Alpha.

I went to a pound once and wanted to get this full blooded German Shepard, but he had to be put away, He turned on his master who used to beat him. He chewed through a cage to get to a pitt bull which he killed. This Shepard looked like he was rabid but he wasn't he was just pushed over the edge. The Pitt Bull he killed was a fighting dog from what the attendant at the pound told me. He was brought in because he attacked a man. So I know a Pitt bull is not the best fighting dog

German Shepards are actually placid. I work in a kennels that looks after german shepards as part of a charity and they are all sweet, caring, loving dogs who wouldn't hurt a fly. It's easy to go to google and type in dangerous dogs because a load of bullshit comes up with pictures of stupid people training them to be aggressive. Overall, they are the loveliest dogs. If you want to know what the most aggressive dogs are, look into the stupid owners that cant look after their dogs properly.

It is true that with the right owner I believe any dog can be a sweety. But that doesn't change the fact that certain dogs are bred for certain tempermates, and that they can certainly be more aggressive than others. Pitbulls for one, were bred to be vicious fighting dogs that were only sweet and loyal to their people, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the dog itself is a vicious dog-destroying monster.

I have been privileged to own a German Shepard, a pit bull, a Rottweiler and a staffordshire bull. They have all been loving, loyal and fierce protectors but never viscious or dangerous to any one except someone threatening me with bodily harm. Twice my Shepard/pit mix saved me from break ins. My rottie saved me from a home invasion. My staffy has been trained as well as I trained my others. The owner makes a dog mean or controlled. These are great breeds.

Lol, the funny think is great pyrenees are the best they have a specail feature witch is deadly to most dogs ( A.K.A ) they can make they jaw go giant enough to fit around a pitbull's body
but they are really nice :>
