  • I always play this song after a long, hot day in the sun; such a recharge.

  • I just saw them in concert last night and im so happy they played this, although i'm not surprised they did :)

  • I noticed a couple of comments saying this song was uplifting and energetic. I've always found it to be a very sad song. It just has a bit of a downer feel to it despite being fast paced. It's probably my favourite CYHSY song.

  • Feel good music that continues to flow through my head.

  • yesterday I saw this song live in Amsterdam:)

  • its good cause you don't need to know the lyrics to sing along

  • at 2:04 to 2:13 i think is the best part

but i love this song and the band

  • love this song, anyone know other songs that have similar feel to this one?? im in a mood to listen to this type

  • @anrkekd listen to As Tall As Lions

  • This song reminds me of the film 9 Songs, when there at the Brixton Academy, anyone else seen it?

  • @NewYorkDontLoveMe

    Yesssssss :)

Great film. It wasn't featured in it though.

  • @tangonoose I didnt think it was great, its just a porno with a few artistic quirks.

  • @NewYorkDontLoveMe

can't wait for the sequel; 9 Orgasms

  • @tangonoose I'm laughing because thats probably likely hahahaha

  • @NewYorkDontLoveMe I saw it once what pr0n movie

    with famous indie bands

  • @Rhade

9 Songs? Or something like that.

  • love this man!!! love this song!!

  • open up your fucking ears or look up the lyrics. that fucking easy

  • I didn't exactly ask you. I asked someone who DOESn't have a problem with a simple question. You can calm down now. :pats head:

  • Does anyone know where i can get Alec Ounsworth's Demo of "Underwater (you and me)"? I need It desperately

  • This guy sounds like a dying cow.

  • the lyrics are pretty good, almost dylanesque, blonde on blonde era stuff.

alec's voice can detract from them a little, but, personally, having to look at the lyrics doesn't bother me if the music is this good.

  • this is my all time favourite song. gets me emotional. alec ounsworth's voice is just perfect for this music.

  • WTF is he saying??! And i don't like it, I'm sorry..

  • @CharitaVisje too bad (:

  • @CharitaVisje you must be a fucking idiot then (:

  • ..not to be rude, I mean the music is great, but wtf is he saying?!

  • @babygrl961 look up the lyrics you fucktard and that goes for charitavisje too... use your fuckin brain

  • @MrMrrRNELLi ....what the fuck is your problem???? Calm down! Damn.

  • @babygrl961 sorry.... but my problem is fucktards like you. you asked, and i answered.

  • i dot like tes sing sssssssss ass

  • I haven't heard this song in ages. I saw Happy Town's first episode's title on Hulu and came straight here. I can always watch that show later. :>

  • this isn't in stereo

  • Nice. The lyrics are quite difficult to make out.

  • leve

  • I luv thus music, it´s so melodic!

  • Not trying to be a douche, but I don't know how you could put the two in the same category. If you're referring to the voices of Alec Ounsworth and Thom Yorke, you're still wrong.

  • but they sound exacly the same if you had ears...even the guy who put this up is named radiohead91so he must like radiohead and clap ur hands say yeah

  • I think I can hear what you mean ... a little. But you have to admit the fundamental moods of the two bands are distinct.

  • yeah the moods are differant i agree

  • @arocknamedpham Fair enough point. I'm sure there are resonances. But never overt.

  • I would say these guys are one of the best "NEW YORK" cool kid bands. Along with the YYY and The Shins etc etc. They aint that great but they all have some pretty good songs.

  • great song.

  • is this a different version than the album version? His vocals aren't doubled on this one.

  • Shut up

  • punk off, why insult the band, i understand free speech, but when you know your words will be wasted? come on now...

  • Hey, well at least when I criticize a band I don't just say "thiz band suckz donkey ballz lololololol", I state my reasons. I don't think they're a -bad- band, I just think they get more credit than they deserve.

  • ok I was making fun of a previous comment, and I was only reading that comment cuz I like to read. Not cuz I have no life.

  • this song doesn't sound very much like Leave Me Alone. the guitar sound is different. the chord progression is different. the pulse of it is different. and CYHSY's singer doesn't sound very much like David Byrne or like he's trying to be David Byrne. you are pretty much wrong in every possible way

  • LQ doesn't even begin to do justice to the brilliant production. The sound of this song is mind blowing - and to think it was recorded in a home studio of all places!...

  • go i love this band!!

  • ah shat i meant god! but i am not christian! there.

  • great great lyrics.

  • the lyrics speak a lot of brilliance.. least in my interpretation.

  • been listening to this song for years and never knew how brilliant the lyrics were

  • favourite cyhsy song

  • and: a big thx to radiohead91 for postin this studio version!!!!!!

i asked a time ago for this...

    thx
