Not all leather comes from Morocco or other places with conditions like these. For example, european leather tanneries supply Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Burberry and the like. The leather you see here in the video is rarely exported to high end brands. Second, did you ever think where the leather in your shoes, jacket and belts comes from?
