my favorite zelda game this is the game where the ocarina of time and twilight princess got ideas from. The sprites where nice it had intersesting characters the plot was simple yet better then the first game. It had good plot twist for back in the day I love it.

I had the GBA version of this when I was eight, but I kind of lost it.

Maybe I was to little, but I was not able to get through the game...

There was an already very far account at the game when I got it, and I just was very confused about I 1. was not able to get there from the beginning of the game and 2. was not able to go on from where.

I felt kind of lost when I tried to get any further... >.<

@epedos This is the SNES version but they're essentially the same. I think the GBA version is just hindered slightly by the smaller screen resolution(you can see less of the action all at once).

This is one of the easiest Zelda games I've played so far, Ocarina of Time was easy too, but the Water Temple was a pain. Other than that the rest of the Zelda games are pretty frickin hard.

Compared to Zelda II this is a cakewalk, don't worry. It still challenges you, but it's nowhere near as straight difficult as ZII is.

I used the SNES Emulator Snex9x to record gameplay video then dubbed over the saved video with Windows Movie Maker. I really need some new software for this as I'd like to keep doing them. I'm using Windows 7 now and from what I've used of it WMM doesn't cut it at the moment, and on XP it destroyed the quality. This would look about 3x better if you had the video version from before I put it into Windows Movie Maker.

Yeah Snes9x records both audio and video for you. The only downside is that while recording you can't hear the audio, only in the recorded video.

You can use Hypercam2 you have the hypercam thig on the corner of your screen, but its a really good video recorder just google "hypercam"

Hope that helped, oh and Hypercam Records your voice from the microphone, soif you want to record gamplay music to, dont wear headphones ok lol

yes you can blow them up you just come back after you get bombs. There is a secret passage by the sanctuary where all of those things are that you can move.

Heh, I have always wondered that myself. AFAIK, it's not possible to do anything there, but I may be wrong. Looking at various walkthroughs, I can't find anything on those cracks, other than a mention of "We'll need to come back later"(though the walkthrough doesn't mention them again as far as I can tell. For now, it's a mystery.

In oof time there was also zelda's alter ego sheik,who evaded ganon in the time of the hyrule castle infiltration,the zelda in this one however,was a lot older and was captured by ganon and his forces.And the sages here are different because saria and the rest of the crew are not the sages after all,if you ask me,the ocarina of time was actually the sequel to when link dies and zelda dies from ALTTP and the new kids are born,and destined to save hyrule from a terrible fate,like the old...

not really, the main similarity is the rescuing of the sages and the 3 god like items to get the master sword, in OOT it focuses on a kid who didnt belong and became a hero through time and keeper of 1/3 of the triforce, in LTTP it focuses on how link is basically part of a continuing legend on how he and gannon are always supposed to combat each other to keep balance, also is informed on how he has to save the decedents of the sages of old

I don't remember the exact details, but I know that you need to open up a passage of light on the 2nd floor by bombing a broken floor, then the boss is the girl that's following you, and you have to take her to the lone room on the first floor with light now shining into it. Hope that made some sense.

Yes, it should be exactly the same. The GBA version just adds an additional dungeon at the end of the game.

I recorded a AVI, and while I was playing, the sound was off, I couldn't hear it, then, I stopped recording the AVI, and when I played the AVI to see how it was, the sound was there...

I really don't have any problems with this but, I would like to know:

Is there any way for me to record a AVI and HEAR the game's sound while recording?

I think it's really good to put some voice in the videos, I just don't put my voice on my vids because my mic sucks... And I found a way to "hear" the sound while I'm playing: First, I record a Movie, save the Movie, and then I play the Movie while I record the AVI, then I don't need to care about the sound...

And I'll also record a LttP walkthrough for the SNES version of the game, after I finish CT =)

Yeah i know what you mean, i was one of the first who recorded this walkthrough in it's entireity but found about 5 others who had also done this exact same walkthrough with different playing styles.
