I have been an AoE fan for years and to this day I have all 7 games. The fact they aren't making this realistic pisses me off. Come on skinny boned Egyptians with blue eyes/freckles and Greeks with muscular arms looking like they work out everyday, and to top it all off it looks like a bad cartoon film. Really? Why would kids want to play an RTS when the majority of them have consoles to play COD and HALO! To hell with this I am going to play Total War from now on.

I have never played this game so I don't have a specific opinion of the game play, but here's an observation I can make:

-The makers were really trying to do something unique and different. I feel their attempts, albeit unpopular, show courage and diligence.

-They (The game producers) will learn from their mistakes and likely produce something more "at home" in the future.

-I look forward to the next couple releases because they will likely be a better title in any sense.
