being a Pacquiao fan this would be the fight I would want to see moreso than Cotto or Mayweather. I felt that Marquez should have won their rematch and in their first fight the fact that Pacquiao couldn't finish him after dropping him 3 times in the first round says more about Marquez than it does Manny.

After two rounds, it was obvious that JMM could not go toe to toe with Pacqiuao. His style changed to hit and run. He distanced himself away from Pacqiuao. He was too slow in the inside and weaker. Pacqiuao could have TKO'd JMM in both fights if he stayed in the inside instead of counterpunching from the outside.

LOL, do you really know how to score a bout? because iv watched it over and over again and manny really won by 1 point. you want me to teach you how to make points? here: each round is scored 10 for the winner of that round and 9 for loser, if ders is KNOck down scor is 10 to 8, 2 KDown in 1 round the score would be 10 - 8 and so on. sum it all at the end of the fight, and that is the score, now review d fight once more, u can see who really won

I adamantly believe that Marquez is not deserving of another fight with Pacquiao, but that is only one man's opinion. I do agree however, that Marquez and Pacquiao always make for an exciting fight as they both give a 110% effort in the ring and are both extremely gifted athletes. Marquez landed more punches than pacquiao and with a higher score, also landed more clean punches and more severe ones.
The thing is that Marquez hitting the canvass was pacquiao's salvation. Altough, none of the 3 times he went down where very simple punches, a lack of concentration. Other thing that helps pacman is the fact that he can take punches that will take down anyone and still come back together without falling.

I don't know about being the best or richest boxer but what I'm sure about is that Manny has always been dedicating his fights to us, his countrymen, and to the audience/boxing fans. You know what Miles, before the Hit/Pac fight, reviews by boxing authorities are mixed. When the fight ended in JUST 2 rds, everybody SEEMED to know it was gonna happen. So what gives? I have looked at the 2 fights again and again. I tend to think that the draw was good on the first one, even though JMM schooled him for 10 rds. On the second one looking at the punches added on compubox, looking at rd per rd i think JMM won, but pac is protected by the gambling and PPV mafia since all filipinos throw a lot of money in vegas when fight time. They are looking to get the Asian market and what better way than help manny out. that is what filipinos can't realize.
