After watching some footage of this game, I can see they did put considerable effort into it, but al in the wrong areas. I can see how the loading times for each screen are annoying, but the graphics and game play seem to be fairly average. It looks like it plays more like a Zelda game than do the previous 2 CDI games; you got the sword and the wand, and I'm not sure what else, but all in all, it's not the worst game, unless you're a hardcore Zelda fan or just want to be a spammer here on YT.

It isn`t the best game ever agree on that one but it isn`t illegal since Nintendo give them the rights to release the Zelda Games.

Normally yes but nintendo wanted Sony to make an add on for the SNES [similiar to Sega CD or also called Mega CD which came after the whole idea]. But later they dropped the agreement with Sony and told Philips to make the add onn and Sony brought that console years later for their own and called it Playstation as everyone knows today it was a bad idea for Nintendo to drop that agreement with Sony.

And seeing the bad resolve of Sega CD, Nintendo completly dropped the add on project. However as part of dissolving the agreement with Phillips, Nintendo gave them the license to use some of their Charakters including Link, Zelda, Mario & co. But these games where done by Philips Nintendo wasn`t involved in doing these Games. And just Imagine the whole thing wouldn`t have happened if they hadn`t dropped the contract with Sony now Playstation could have been a Nintendo Trademark. lol

Zelda's Adventure videos are very hard to come by.

Anywho, I'm guessing the gameplay actually improves somewhat throughout the game. Especially taking into account that this game was done in a very different style compared to the previous CD-I games.
