This is by far my favorite cover of this song. I love you're arrangement. So you drop the E string to a low C, and Capo strings 1-5?

It is in standard tuning but starting with a low C rather than E. I'm capo'ed at the second fret with the capo not covering the low C string. It's like fake drop D tuning basically.
