  • 2012 school trip to america from britain, landing at either newark or jfk, cant wait. got like 4 days in manhatan and get to see either a basketball game or ice hockey at madison square garden, then three more days in washington, really cant wait!

  • I have lived lifetimes in Airport Terminals...........it is inconenient and sucks.........................­................But it is NOTHING compared to being held hostage in an Airplane on the Tarmac for hours at a time...............that is torture. The fact that we STILL don't have a law forbidding it is the best example I know of how powerless the American people have become. I guess it comes to giving ribbons and trophys to those kids that weren't worth a damn at baseball and gymnastics

  • i no how u feel we were droped off at 5 our flight was gona leave at 7 but it was delayed till 9:39 then 12:30 then 1:10 then 1:50 so 1:50 comes we were still waitin in the airport were u were so at like 3 in the mornin they canled the flight because they had 2 get a new crew but they couldbt find 1 so they say go down stairs 2 get ur stuff we go down wait like 20 mins it wasnt there and guess wat they put it on a flight 2 ft laurdadale so we didnt have our stuff it was in florida

  • i had to wait in the same terminal for 7 1/2 hours, but in the summer. it was good except these birds kept flying in and pooping all over the chairs

  • jetblue is a great airline but i bet they can be even better if they partnered wit spirit air and become a merger wit spirit's low fares and jetblue's customer service

  • And the J.D Power and Associates award goes to ....jetBlue! For 4 consecutive years in a roll for best customer satisfaction! That shows you how good they are even with the whole snow storm!

  • I got stuck there last year, but they were very kind. They didn't hesitate to help if we needed anything, so I still think they're the best. They made those delay hours quite comfortable for me. They can't control the weather, but they sure do help their customers to the best of their ability.

  • I don't understand why is it that when a delay or cancellation happens because of weather, people get upset and start blaming the airline. I think some people should just drive there instead

  • Now that David Neeleman is gone, you can bet you won't hear those apologies again. Please remember what he himself said he put his EMPLOYEES through with bad decision making and a lack of even a unversal baggage tracking system that every other airline has. And the last time there were weather problems reservations still hung up on me, they are just too big too fast and didn't spend enough money on infrastructure.

  • What most people don't understand is the airline has FAA regulations that are needed to follow. jetBlue still leads the industry even after a lot of things that started without their control. What kind of airline can offer free entertainment and new planes and still continue to grow? Not too many out there at all. PEOPLE, stop blaming the whether on the airlines. If you don't understand the processes airlines need to take and rules they need to follow, you can't complain.

  • these things happen every winter at jfk, every year theres horrible delays, and stories about how people were held "hostage" but for some reason the media decided to pick on jetblue. American Airlines, Delta,etc have gone threw horrible times at JFK also. But yet "cry babies" decided that they will pick on the young airline, who goes threw alot of trouble to please their customers. It's not right

  • They pick on the airline that is doing well. I am sure the majors are still having issues when these better airlines come out. Just look at AA in Long Beach, CA. Had a ton of open gates a few years back they didn't use, well no one was flying AA to LGB. The jetBlue purchased the gate space and then AA took a hit from it, had to retaliate.

  • lol, unlucky for them to travel during such conditions (15 knots, around 30 - 40 degrees, wind chill) and inside the airport. Though they could do something else while waiting than documenting a video complaint =(

  • Jet Blue is still the best airline on earth. Other airlines do this shit all day but you don't hear them making apologies or creating a passenger bill of rights.

  • Very true. When does an airline give you free food when your plane is delayed? Never. Southwest lost my ticket reservation and did nothing about it. jetBlue will do what they can to resolve an issue. What people dont understand is that whether is out of everyone's control.

  • Very funny video... thanks for sharing. I used to work at Southwest Airlines and understand both sides. Clearly, Jet Blue has ALOT to learn. I'm glad you shared your experience with us. Clearly you should be compensated. I watched your other video's and think it's wonderful as well. GO DADS!!
