On a slightly unrelated note, by way of kudos for your instructional video: What software/camera set up did you use to do the fast-motion effect?

The video was quickly put together using a Nexus One phone camera overlooking the desk (this is why the lighting is bad). We then imported into iMovie 09 on the mac and used the clip adjustments to speed it up, and add the voiceover.
