i cant understand why his vats is so bad, you have 40 gun skill, so you should be at least hitting him even if its not doing much damage, i didnt use vats much in this but i used it alot in F3 because you cant aim down the barrel of the gun unless you play on pc and get a mod for it

Bethesda are my favorite games company - no one cares more about the player then them, make a world for you play in and do what ever you want and be who you want to be, no other game or company gives you so little boundaries

You should really use cleavers when your going melee they work really well
