How did you do the deepest pin cut for all pin positions without a machine?

Does it cost less for a pin cut machine and a key blank than it does for a tool?

Also, if you can have somebody cut the key that way for you, who will?

Because not just anybody will do it..

Chicago Ace locks are rarely used alone for security. Medico is the lock to pick or even drill. BTW if you grind the alignment tang off the Ace key blank it works even better. I am curious of how you slotted the blank tho.

if i were you i'd cut off the little notch sticking out from the outside  __ _____________/ | ^ that one

since you don't have a mechanism to lock the pins in place, the pins might cange while the key is inside the lock, ad it will not be able to get out.the notch on the inside is sufficient to turn the inner cylinder

Dude thats tubular key that those pins are strapped to is the key came with the safe they always give you 2 keys when you buy items that have locks and if you look the pins line up in the same place as the other one. Besides the way he made that pick it wouldn't work.

I will inform you

all you do is take any of many cutting tools (dremel, file, saw, mill, etc) and cut the groves back all the way then insert some type of meatle into the groves (piano wire, paper clips, etc) and then wrap rubber bands around them all very tightly and viola you now have a 86 dollar pick for however much the key cost you

I bought a tubular lock with 2 keys,

I used a dremel to cut the lines all the way back on one key.

I used a balloon to hold the pins which are kind of paperclips, but u can use anything like that shape...

then test it allot on the lock you bought and compare with the normal key to see which ppins dont slide well, and fix it !

You got lucky with that lock i think, once the tool is refined you should be able to open lots more locks instead of just this one. Irresponcible to suggest vending machine locks at the begining and its wrong to steal others work to include in your video and then dont give credit for it (graphics).
