Yes, I use 2 cards together on lower levels, both on triangles and as the roof. On this house bottom 10 floors I think were build like that. After that I had single cards as triangles and double cards as roofs. Top 15 floors I think were singles everything.
Good point :) If it makes me sound any less mad, I havent build cardhouses since these videos were made :) But now I have a holiday for a few days, so maybe..
That house has all the cards that I own, so its 13 000 cards. My speed of building is about 2000 cards/hour, so it takes bit over 6 hours to build a house with everything. Thats the only reason to stop building, I run out of cards. Thats why the houses are not bigger.
With this house I was lucky and it did not fall down at all during the construction.

do you use stronger cards at the bottom? Do you take any precausions with the bottom layer at all ?
