Meh. Do not like much. The parts look like they are copy+pasted. Of course, Gira is a horrible sprite to work with, but I think you could have done better. Perhaps an other pokémon, like Dragonair, Gabite, dunno.

On to the sprites themselves.. Flaretina. The fire is coming out of his neck or something.. Paws look aweful.. Fernetina. Wings, nice try, but bad excecuted. What's flying out of his head..? Fenina, the tail.. Wings.. Ears.. Meh. Finatina, Legs. Wings. Tail. No more space, so I stop. ;)
