Whenever i called technical support, they always hang up on me, my wife was trying to call me since this morning the line is always busy and they said my account is not active because of lock of payment and when i called technical support one of those agent said my account has been expired since the 15th of July and i replied, i recharged my account not even two weeks ago how could it be expired in less than one month??
@johnmarc82 the exact same thing happened to me over over and over again.i paid for the phone here so my daughter could got it in haiti.i pay $40 PLUS $20 for the phone and it never work,i think its sucks. i am getting it to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU or TO THE MEDIA or get your shit right.its not fair for them to get our money and not giving us the service we pay for.this is not Haiti,THIS IS UNITED STATES.

The service is good just the first time you open the account after it is sucks, bad connection and the rudeness customer support.
