I think this is footage from a lab demo.

Usually a final installation of this kind of simulator uses multiple projectors onto a round or faceted dome with the simulator pilot inside. Thus there would be no monitor bezels.

The key technology here synchronizes the video swap on all monitors so the separate video streams are always in sync. Otherwise you might get frame N on one monitor while N-1 is still showing on another.

1 big monitor is a lot more expensive and you wont get as high resolution as if you use 9 smaller.

you wont get as high resolution purley becuase of the fact that big tvs use a stupidly low resolution 1080p is the resolution that a 22" monitor would be but if they did make a actual monitor (not just a screen) that big it would be awsome although many thousands of pounds probs :(

You should find a company that makes monitors and tell them to make the frames detachable or transparent. I really dislike the black frames when it comes to something like this.
