Jolie has had a nose job, work on her chin, and she and her brother James Haven have an eye condition (the term escapes me) which causes the "bug-eyed appearance." Jolie fixed the problem (thank goodness) but her brother did not. Jolie appeared on Letterman in 1998 and at that time she still had the problem.
