The cruise line sets up several of these types of cruises every year. There have been Dave Matthews, Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw just to name the few I know of. They make more money off of these than anything else.
I am going to next year's (assuming they have it). I need to be on the ship! I didn't have the cash this past cruise, but I will this time around. I really don't care if I have to go by myself.

No way an aircraft carrier would easily cost 50-100 Million to buy. He just rents it out once a year for a week.
